HACSA has two office locations - one in Eugene and one in Springfield.
The Eugene office for Administration, Section 8, and Energy Services is at 177 Day Island Rd (map), Eugene, OR 97401. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 8AM to 4PM. The Eugene office is closed on Friday.
The Springfield office for Public Housing, Resident Services, and Maintenance is at 300 W Fairview Dr (map), Springfield, OR 97477. Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30AM to 3:30PM and Friday, 8:30AM to 12:30PM.
