The Eugene office for Administration, Section 8, and Energy Services is at 177 Day Island Rd (map), Eugene, OR 97401. Office hours are Monday - Thursday 8 - 4. The Eugene office is closed on Friday.
The Springfield office for Public Housing, Resident Services, and Maintenance is at 300 W Fairview Dr (map), Springfield, OR 97477. Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30.
