Welcome Bidders and Contractors

HACSA contracts work for services such as janitorial, grounds maintenance, and vacate cleaning, and for all types of construction (repair, replacement, remodeling, and new structures).

Any company or individual may submit bids. Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Section 3 Certified Contractors, and all Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate.

Contracts will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid, provided the bid is reasonable and affordable, complies with the submission requirements and is in the interest of HACSA.

Construction Contractors must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, and provide an Oregon Public Works Bond, when required.
