Family Self-Sufficiency

Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) is a voluntary program available to residents of two of HACSA’s housing programs. FSS provides participants with the tools, encouragement, referrals and support needed to improve their economic situation and reduce their dependence on assistance programs.
