Village Oaks
Village Oaks, located on West 18th near Bailey Hill Rd. in Eugene, offers sixty-seven (67) one, two and three-bedroom apartments at affordable rents.
Amenities include energy-efficient windows, and ductless heat pumps that provide comfortable heat in winter and air conditioning in summer. Village Oaks is close to shopping, schools and on an LTD bus line connecting residents to the University of Oregon. Full-time students are given a priority at Village Oaks.
Village Oaks is a safe, well-maintained complex featuring on-site laundry facilities, playgrounds and a community center. The on-site manager takes pride in keeping units in good repair and in keeping the complex a clean, enjoyable place to live.
Move-in costs include a deposit equal to the monthly rent and the pro-rated first month’s rent. Cats and small dogs are welcome with an approved pet application and a $150 refundable pet deposit. Rent for a one-bedroom is $459; two-bedroom is $539 and a three-bedroom is $611.
Applicants must show they have at least twice the rent in monthly income in order to qualify.
Village Oaks applicants must meet low-income limits and will be housed according to their family composition. For example, two and three-bedroom units are provided for families with children. One-bedroom units are provided for the elderly or disabled, or for a full-time college student.
First-time renters are encouraged to apply by providing alternative references as described in the ABC Letter.
