The apartment complexes listed below may or may not be owned or managed by HACSA. Some offer unites where the rent amount is based on your income. Other complexes offer units at a fixed, reduced rate that is lower than the current market rent.

Rent and utility costs vary from one complex to another. Some managers ask the applicant to pay 30 percent of his / her monthly income towards rent and utilities. Others ask the applicant to pay a flat rate which is determined by size of the apartment. When inquiring about vacancies, you may want to ask how rent is determined.
