HACSA operates a confidential, 24-hour voice-recorded hotline to
provide a convenient way for residents, applicants and community members
to report concerns, comments, compliments, or questions.
If you are concerned about fraud, waste, lease
violations, or criminal behavior--or if you just want to make a
comment--you may contact us any of the
following ways:
You may report information openly, anonymously, or
confidentially. You should include as much information as possible. Tell
us Who, What, When, Where, and How.
You don't have to report your telephone number and/or address, but if
you can, it will allow us to follow up with additional questions.
