The Development
Division builds new and/or purchases existing rental properties
that will be available for low-income households, thus making more
affordable housing units available in Lane County.
HACSA
also works with home owners and renters in Lane County to assess
their homes to provide weatherization services to save energy and
reduce utility costs. Click
